FAQ

Is this Markdown flavor GitHub-compatible?

Yes for the everyday syntax listed here (tables, task lists, strikethrough, fenced code). MD Workbox also adds Math delimiters and mermaid fences used by its preview and export tools.

Markdown cheat sheet vs full spec?

This page is a quick reference for writers and developers — not the CommonMark specification. Prefer the patterns above for maximum portability across GitHub, Notion exports and AI chat output.

How do I fix broken Markdown from ChatGPT?

Paste it into Clean Markdown to normalize fences and spacing, then preview in the Editor.

Does this page upload anything?

No. Copying syntax and rendering examples run in your browser. Opening the Editor only keeps a local draft.
